“Experience Summerfest Like JMatt”

Sweepstakes Official Rules

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING.

By participating in “Experience Summerfest Like JMatt” on TikTok (hereinafter “Sweepstakes”), Entrants acknowledge reading, and further accept and agree to be bound by these Official Rules. Any violation of these rules may result in disqualification. All decisions made by HashtagMKE, LLC and JMatt (collectively referred to as “Sweepstakes Administrator”) regarding the Sweepstakes are final and binding in all respects.

  1. Eligibility: Individuals who are both eighteen (18) years of age or older and legal U.S. residents as of the date of entry shall qualify to enter and be eligible to win the sweepstakes (“Qualified Entrants”) as set below in “How to Enter”.
  2. Entry Period: This sweepstakes will be available for entries on Tuesday, June 14, 2022, at approximately 5:00 p.m. CST (depending on TikTok’s approval time of published video) through Monday, June 20, 2022, at 5:00 p.m. CST. One (1) winner will be chosen.
  3. How to Enter: Sweepstakes entries are made by tagging one (1) other TikTok account in the comments of @JMattMke’s (https://www.tiktok.com/@jmattmke) official TikTok video post for the sweepstakes at any time during the entry period. Entries will not be accepted on any other TikTok video posts. No purchase necessary.
  4. Prize: Two (2) General Admission tickets to Summerfest 2022 (each good for 1 day at Summerfest during public operating hours, June 23-25, June 30 – July 2, July 7-9, 2022; not valid for admission to American Family Insurance Amphitheater shows, a separate American Family Insurance Amphitheater ticket is required for Amphitheater shows), valued at $50 total. Two (2) Front Row Wristbands (for standing room in designated area) to show of winner’s choice (during Summerfest public operating hours, June 23-25, June 30 – July 2, July 7-9, 2022) from the Miller Lite Oasis, USCellular Connection Stage, Uline Warehouse, or Generac Power Stage. There will be no substitutions or exceptions to the selection, including in the event the performance does not occur through no fault of Summerfest. Fair market value for complimentary wristbands. Inclusion in one (1) TikTok on the @JMattMke TikTok account, determined by JMatt within 90 days of winner confirmation. Winner may opt-out of TikTok inclusion. No monetary value for TikTok inclusion.
  5. Odds: Odds of winning are dependent upon the number of eligible entries received. There is no limit to the number of entries that may be submitted.
  6. Winner Selection and Notification: one (1) winner will be randomly selected from the Qualified Entrants after 5:00 p.m. CST on Monday, June 20, 2022. The winner will be contacted via direct message on TikTok (if the winner is not following @JMattMke at time of selection, Sweepstakes Administrator will leave a reply on their comment within the post with an email address, JMattMke@gmail.com, for them to contact). Winner must provide a valid, government-issued picture identity document to prove eligibility. If the winner does not comply with this requirement within 72 hours of notification or otherwise violates the Official Rules or site terms and conditions, they will be determined at Sweepstakes Administrator’s sole discretion to be disqualified and a new winner will be randomly selected and notified in the same manner as the initial winner. Sweepstakes Administrator may in their sole discretion declare the Sweepstakes ended if a second attempt to select and notify a winner is not successful.
  7. Prize Delivery: If the winner meets all requirements for eligibility, their first and last name will be provided to Summerfest and tickets with wristbands will be available for pickup from the American Family Insurance Amphitheater Will Call window (outside of the South gate of Henry Maier Festival Park (200 N Harbor Dr, Milwaukee, WI 53202) during operating hours. Sweepstakes Administrator will not pay any travel costs for the winner to pickup the prize. If the prize is not claimed by July 9, 2022, prize shall be forfeited.
  8. No Prize Transfer or Substitution: Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. If the winner attempts to resell a prize, including online or through a ticket reseller, Summerfest reserves the right to immediately rescind the prize. There are no substitutions for the prize. If a winner would like to relinquish the prize, for any reason, they must contact Summerfest to coordinate a prize drop off.
  9. Additional Acknowledgements: This giveaway is hosted by HashtagMKE, LLC and JMatt, and is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with TikTok.
